Gilliam County Special Transportation was started around the year of 1987 with a few volunteers that had a dream and Oregon Public Transit had the funding. In the first years the system operated with volunteers driving in their personal car to transport seniors that needed rides for medical.

Please call as soon as you know of a need to travel, we need at least 36 hours in advance to set up for your appointments (call 541-384-2252 or 1-877-253-1645).
