Pursuant to Gilliam County Public Contracting Rule (County Rule) 137-048-0220, Gilliam County is conducting a formal selection process to invite qualified telecommunications engineering firms to submit proposals for developing a Countywide Broadband System design. The successful Proposer will undertake Phase I of the project to explore design options, recommend and develop a conceptual design, and provide a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) budget for constructing a Countywide Broadband System. The Project may also include a Phase II consisting of: (1) a detailed outside plant design and bidding services; and (2) construction oversight (collectively, the “Project”).

Proposals will be received by the County at the County Court’s office located at the above address until closing at 5 p.m. on June 24, 2021. Responses received after this time will be rejected as non-responsive. Proposers shall submit proposals in a sealed opaque envelope, plainly marked “Proposal for Countywide Broadband System Project,” Attention: Teresa Aldrich, Administrative Assistant, at the above address. The proposal submission should include a single, fully executed hardcopy, as well as one electronic version of all documents contained in the Proposal in Adobe PDF format emailed to Faxed proposals will be rejected as non-responsive.
