Gilliam County, in conjunction with the Port of Arlington, offers two industrial parks with development sites available for lease to businesses interested in locating their facilities here.

Arlington Mesa Industrial Park

The Arlington Mesa Industrial Park is located in the middle of Oregon’s data center triangle, Northwest’s food manufacturing corridor and the Columbia River power and fiber grid. Facilities can be serviced with 250 MW of redundant power directly sourced from 5 generation facilities plus 8 large wind farms. Parcels up to 230 acres are available at very competitive rates.

This offering represents a unique opportunity to acquire large development site(s) that can accommodate a variety of projects including data centers, large square footage distribution centers, manufacturing facilities and other large developments.

Shutler Station Industrial Park

The Shutler Station Industrial Park is an intermodal industrial property offering build-ready parcels up to 32 acres for lease. An additional 215 acres of private Industrial land is also available.
This site is located in close proximity to interstate, rail, major electrical power transmission lines, the Columbia River, and fiber optic service.
